Spread Awareness.

When you have had a hard afternoon,
When bedtime cannot come too soon,
When you are feeling sad and full of woe,
When you feel you’ve reached your all time low,
When you’ve sat and watched her scream and shout,
When you have no idea what it’s all about,
When you take a deep breath as it starts to calm,
When you’ve washed the bite mark on your arm,
When you remember your life’s not so bad,
When you know you are grateful for all you have,
When you take a minute to look at Autism,
When you realise you cannot cure the condition,
When you see the reasons of why things happen,
When you watch the spinning and the flapping,
When you notice you haven’t really had a bad day,
When you realise this is how it feels for her everyday.
